Meet Arlene

I'm Arlene Conti, founder of Journey for Life LLC. I've practiced meditation and breathwork for about 25 years, and I'm a certified Meditation Facilitator. Sharing the gift of emotional and spiritual healing is what I'm called to do. This gift has personally given me peace, clarity, and resilience capable of transforming a life.

Through meditation, my intuitive and empathic abilities have grown, and the way I move through situations has shifted. A peaceful calm has replaced fear with trust, indecisiveness with logic, and anger with patience.

My journey with meditation and breathwork has been deeply personal and deeply transformative. I'm grateful for the path that led me here, and I look forward to sharing this experience with you.
